Email signatures¶
Gem Logic includes a built-in signature builder that lets you design professional email signatures without writing any HTML. Each email address can have multiple signatures, optionally in different languages, and the right one is selected automatically when you compose an email.
Open the signature builder¶
Navigate to and open an email address. In the Signatures card, click Add signature to create a new one, or Edit signature on an existing entry.
The builder shows a live preview on one side and the configuration form on the other. Changes are saved automatically as you edit.
Choose a template and brand color¶
At the top of the builder you can pick the overall look of your signature:
Template – choose one of three layouts:
Photo left – profile photo on the left, contact details on the right.
Photo top – profile photo above the contact details.
No photo – text-only signature without a profile photo.
Brand color – pick one of the preset accent colors, or click the rainbow swatch to choose a custom hex color. The accent color is used for icons, links, and dividers in the signature.
Configure your details¶
The form is organized into tabs so you only see the fields you need.
Details¶
Enter the personal and contact information shown in the signature:
Full name
Job title
Company
Email, Phone, Mobile, Website
Empty fields are simply skipped in the rendered signature, so only the information you fill in is shown.
Photo¶
Upload a Profile photo and a Company logo. Both are optional. Use the Clear current photo checkbox to remove an image you previously uploaded.
The profile photo is hidden when the No photo template is selected.
Address¶
Add a postal address that appears below the contact details:
Street
City
Country
Settings¶
Use this tab to control where and when the signature is used:
Signature name – an internal label to recognize the signature.
Email address – which connected email address this signature belongs to.
Language – optional. When set, the signature is automatically chosen for emails in that language.
Use this signature by default – mark this signature as the primary one for the email address.
Advanced¶
The Signature HTML field shows the raw HTML that is generated from the fields above. You can review or tweak it here for fine-grained control.
Warning
Manual edits in the HTML field are overwritten the next time you change a structured field in the other tabs. Only edit the HTML directly if you no longer plan to use the visual builder for this signature.
Multiple signatures per email address¶
Each email address can have any number of signatures. When composing an email, Gem Logic picks the signature in this order:
A signature whose Language matches the email’s language.
The signature marked as Primary.
The first available signature for the sender address.
This makes it easy to maintain, for example, a Dutch and an English version of the same signature, or a separate signature for support replies.
