Website¶
Gem Logic includes a built-in website for showcasing your products online. The website module lets you configure your online presence, manage your product catalog, create pages, and optionally accept orders with online payments.
Website dashboard¶
Navigate to to access the central configuration hub. From here you can manage settings, pages, products, brands, categories, collections, sliders, and contact form submissions.
Configuration¶
The dashboard settings card lets you configure:
Active: Turn the website on or off.
Public access: Make the website publicly accessible or require login (Professional plan).
Checkout: Enable or disable the shopping cart and checkout flow.
Logo and Favicon: Upload your branding assets (light and dark variants).
Fonts: Choose fonts for body text and headings.
Contact info: Email, phone, address, and opening hours displayed on the website.
Google Analytics: Add your tracking code.
Announcement bar: Display a message at the top of every page.
Languages: Configure which languages your website supports.
Product catalog¶
Your website displays products that have Show on website enabled on their product detail page. Visitors can browse products by category, brand, or collection, and filter by price range, material, and gemstone type.
The Products tab in the dashboard shows all products currently visible on the website.
Pages¶
Create and manage static pages for your website. Each page has a URL slug, SEO fields (meta title, description, Open Graph tags), and content.
The AI page builder lets you create page content by chatting with an AI assistant. Describe what you want and the page is generated for you. You can refine the content through follow-up messages.
Content blocks allow you to make specific text sections of any page editable. When viewing a page as a staff member, you can click on content blocks to edit them inline, including translations for each language.
Shopping cart and checkout¶
When checkout is enabled, visitors can add products to their cart and complete purchases through Stripe. The checkout flow:
Visitor adds products to the cart
Proceeds to checkout and fills in delivery details
Pays via Stripe
On success, a sale is created in Gem Logic with the order details and payment recorded
Connect your Stripe account from the Payment integration card on the dashboard.
Wishlist¶
Visitors can save products to a session-based wishlist without needing to log in. The wishlist icon shows a badge with the number of saved items.
Contact form¶
The website includes a contact form that visitors can use to reach you. Submissions are stored in Gem Logic and viewable from the Contact submissions tab in the dashboard. The form is protected by captcha to prevent spam.
SEO¶
Each page supports SEO configuration:
Meta title and description
Open Graph title and description (for social media sharing)
Canonical URLs
Multilingual hreflang tags (generated automatically from your language configuration)
