Integrations¶
The integrations page lets you connect Gem Logic to third-party services. Navigate to to view and manage your connections.
Finance and payments¶
- Stripe
Accept online payments and add a “Pay now” button on outgoing invoices. Stripe is also used for payment terminal transactions.
- Xero
Sync your invoices and transactions to Xero, a cloud-based accounting platform.
- Exact Online
Sync invoices and transactions to Exact Online for accounting and financial reporting.
- Revolut Business
Connect your Revolut business account to automatically import bank transactions into Gem Logic.
Shipping and logistics¶
- Sendcloud
An all-in-one shipping platform that gives you access to multiple carriers. Generate shipping labels and track deliveries directly from the shipments module.
- MikroPakket
A parcel delivery service for the Netherlands and Belgium. Create shipments and generate labels from within Gem Logic.
E-commerce and marketplace¶
- WooCommerce
Connect your WooCommerce online store to push products and pull orders. See WooCommerce integration for full setup instructions.
- Shopify
Connect your Shopify store to sync products and orders with Gem Logic.
- Etsy
Connect your Etsy shop to sync products and orders with Gem Logic.
- Bookeo
An online booking system for tours, activities, and appointments. Bookeo bookings are synced into Gem Logic.
Marketing and CRM¶
- Mailchimp
Sync your contacts to Mailchimp audiences for email marketing campaigns. Contacts can be pushed to Mailchimp directly from their detail page.
- Calendly
Scheduling automation for meetings and appointments. Embed your Calendly link for customer bookings.
Managing connections¶
Each integration shows its current status on the integrations page. Connected services display a green Connected badge. You can disconnect a service at any time using the disconnect button.
API-key-based integrations (Sendcloud, MikroPakket, Mailchimp, Calendly, Bookeo) are managed through the Active Connections table at the bottom of the page, where you can view the connection date and remove integrations.
OAuth-based integrations (Xero, Exact Online, Revolut, Etsy, Stripe) use a connect/ disconnect flow that authorises Gem Logic to access your account.
