Print jobs¶
Every time someone prints from Gem Logic, a print job is created and queued for the printer controller. You can review these jobs from the printer settings page by clicking View printer jobs.
Each job shows:
Status: Pending (waiting to be picked up), Completed (sent to the printer), or Error.
Printer name: the printer the job was sent to.
Creation time: when the job was created.
The controller configuration it belongs to.
Resetting the queue¶
If jobs pile up in Pending and never print—for example, after a paper jam or a printer being offline—you can clear the queue. On , click Reset printer queue on the affected controller’s card. This removes the stuck jobs so new prints can go through.
