Resetting the queue

If jobs pile up in Pending and never print—for example, after a paper jam or a printer being offline—you can clear the queue. On Configuration ‣ Printers, click Reset printer queue on the affected controller’s card. This removes the stuck jobs so new prints can go through.

If clearing the queue does not help, the controller itself may be unresponsive. See Troubleshooting for the next steps.
