Storages

The Storages module manages your physical storage locations — whether you have a single shop, multiple stores, or separate warehouses. Each storage tracks which products are in stock and in what quantities, giving you a clear view of your inventory across all locations.

Creating a storage

Navigate to Stock ‣ Storages and click Create storage. Fill in:

  • Name: A unique name for the location (required)

  • Address: Street, postcode, city, and country

  • Active: Whether the storage is currently in use

Product inventory

Click on a storage to see its product inventory — a list of all products and their quantities at that location. Each product has a separate inventory record per storage, so you always know exactly where your stock is.

From the inventory view you can:

  • Add a product: Click Add product inventory to manually add a product with a quantity.

  • Adjust quantities: Use the + and - buttons next to each product to quickly increase or decrease stock by one.

  • View inventory value: The table shows the calculated inventory value (cost price x quantity) with a total at the bottom.

Transferring stock

To move products between storages:

  1. Open a storage and find the product in the inventory list

  2. Click the transfer button in the actions column

  3. Select the target storage and enter the quantity to transfer

  4. Confirm the transfer

The quantity is deducted from the source storage and added to the target. Both movements are recorded in the inventory movements log.

Inventory movements

At the bottom of each storage’s detail page, the Inventory movements section shows a chronological log of all stock changes. Each movement records the product, quantity change, method (purchase, sale, transfer, manual adjustment, etc.), and the related record (stock in, order, supplier order, etc.).

Positive movements (stock in) are highlighted in green, negative movements (stock out) in red.

Filtering

Filter the storages list by:

  • Name (search)

  • Creation date range

  • Flagged status

  • Country

Filter the product inventory by:

  • Creation date range

  • Supplier

  • Brand

  • Category
