Closing your account

You never need to contact Gem Logic to delete or close your account. Closing happens automatically, so you stay in control and there is no request to send.

If you never subscribe

If you are trying Gem Logic and decide it is not for you, you can simply stop using it. An account that is never put on a paid plan is deleted automatically, together with its data, about a month after the trial ends. You do not have to do anything.

If you have a subscription

If you are on a paid plan, cancel your subscription from your billing settings. When the current period ends, the account is closed and its data is removed automatically, again with no request to support.

Avertissement

Closing an account is permanent. Once the data is removed it cannot be recovered, so export anything you want to keep first (see Exporter et importer des données).
