Brands¶
The Brands module manages product manufacturers and brand names. It provides an overview of products, sales, and inventory organized by brand.
Create a brand¶
Navigate to and click Create brand. Fill in:
Name: Unique brand name (required)
Supplier: Link to a supplier contact
Image: Brand logo
Description: Optional description
Hide on website: Exclude from website display
Brand detail page¶
The brand detail page shows summary statistics:
Total products count
Total sales quantity (from sales, creations, and repairs)
Total inventory quantity
Use the tabs to view:
Details: Brand information and form
Products: All products belonging to this brand
Sales: Order items for brand products
Inventory: Stock levels across warehouses
Merge brands¶
To merge duplicate brands:
Go to the brands list
Click Merge brands
Select the brand to be merged (will be deleted)
Select the target brand (will receive all products)
Confirm the merge
All products from the merged brand are reassigned to the target brand.
Filtering¶
Filter the brand list by:
Name (search)
Creation date range
Flagged status
Hide on website
