A shared inbox where every customer gets an answer
Connect the mailbox you already have to Gem Logic. Every thread is filed to the right customer, assigned to one person, and tracked until it is answered, so no email gets read by three people and replied to by none.
More than a mail client
Gmail and Outlook deliver your mail, but they do not know who in your shop should deal with it. Gem Logic adds the four things a customer email needs after it arrives.
Google and Microsoft 365 connect with a sign-in, anything else with IMAP and SMTP. Your address and your history stay exactly where they are.
Senders are matched to your contacts automatically, so every thread lands on the customer's record next to their purchases and repairs.
Each thread is assigned to one person. Read and starred states are tracked per person, so opening an email never marks it as handled for a colleague.
Reply from a template, archive it, forward a supplier invoice to bookkeeping, or let it trigger an automation. Threads are meant to be finished, not to pile up.
Keep your address, change where you read it
You do not need to move to a new email provider. Connect as many addresses as your shop has, choose who can see each one, and pick which address sends your invoices and quotes. If a mailbox stops syncing, you see it here instead of finding out from a customer.
Every address has its own list of people. The workshop sees repairs, the sales team sees info, and a private address stays private. Each person only works the inboxes that belong to their role.
Replies are sent from your own address through your own provider, so they also appear in your regular sent folder. One address is the default sender for invoices and quotes, and you can pick another one whenever you write.
Google and Microsoft 365 connect through their own sign-in, so no password is stored. Generic IMAP credentials are encrypted. Once connected, every mailbox works the same way.
New mail sorts itself before you open it
A jeweler's inbox is repairs, quotes, valuations, suppliers and noise, in roughly the same proportions every week. Each new thread is categorized by AI with a confidence score. Confident matches are filed automatically, and the rest are shown to you with a suggestion.
Above the threshold you set, the category is applied and the thread is filed. Below it, the suggestion waits for a person. You always know how sure the classification was, and you control where the line is.
The supplier newsletter that arrives every Tuesday does not need AI. A rule matches the sender or a phrase in the subject and archives, labels or notifies. Same result, every time.
You name the categories and choose which ones are urgent enough to appear at the top. A store doing estate work wants Valuations there, a workshop wants Suppliers. The inbox adapts to your shop, not the other way around.
Stop retyping the emails you send every week
Repair ready, quote attached, payment reminder: every shop sends the same handful of emails over and over. Templates hold the wording, the language and the signature, and variables fill in the real values from the record, including the PDF documents.
Dear Marta, your repair R-3092 is ready. You can collect it during opening hours. The amount due is $40.00, and you will find the repair form attached.
A quote PDF, an invoice, a repair form, a gift-card code: variables pull them straight from the record. The right document goes to the right customer every time, even on a busy Saturday.
Write each template once per language you serve, signature included, and the customer receives their language. You approve the wording once and it stays consistent all year.
A supplier invoice that arrives as a PDF goes straight into invoice processing from the thread it arrived in. No downloading, renaming and re-uploading.
Gembot writes the first draft, you send it
Templates cover the routine mail. For the awkward one-off, the delay you have to explain or the request you have to decline, give Gembot the facts in one line and edit the draft it writes. It can also polish a sentence you wrote or translate your reply into the customer's language.
emerald ring is sold, offer him the sapphire one, invite him in this week
Dear Jan, thank you for coming back to me about the emerald ring. I am sorry to say it has been sold. I do have a sapphire piece of a similar weight and style that I think you would like, and I would rather show it to you than describe it. Would either Thursday or Friday afternoon suit you this week?
Before a draft is generated, the thread is stripped of signatures, legal footers, quoted history and attachments. The model only sees the message you are answering and your one-line brief.
There is no setting that lets a generated reply send itself. Your emails carry prices, dates and promises about somebody's wedding ring, so the final read is always done by a person.
Routine mail is already covered by templates in every language you serve. Translation is for the exceptions: the German customer with a specific question, or a message in a language nobody in the shop reads.
See exactly which customers are still waiting
An unanswered thread produces no error and no alert, it just gets older while everyone assumes a colleague has it. Gem Logic turns that into a number you can act on: real customer threads, opened by somebody, still without a reply.
No shop decides to make a customer wait six days. It happens because a shared mailbox has no memory and no owner. Once a thread has a name on it, leaving it unanswered becomes a visible choice instead of an accident.
Messages received is a number about the world. Threads from real customers with no reply is a number about your shop, and small enough to clear before lunch.
Waiting on a supplier, waiting on the customer to decide, a valuation that needs the stone in hand: those should stay open. The point is not an empty inbox, it is knowing which threads are waiting on purpose and which are simply forgotten.
Know who answered your last customer email
Book a demo, bring the address your customers actually write to, and we will connect it live: threads filed to your contacts, owners assigned, and the unanswered ones made visible.
