Register the repair in Gem Logic: select the customer, describe the work, set the estimated date, and add a price estimate.
Photo and label
Take a before photo of the item with your tablet or phone. Print a barcode label and place the item in a zip bag.
Customer receives confirmation
An automatic SMS and email is sent to the customer with the repair details, estimated date, and a summary of the work.
Workshop processing
The repair moves through your workshop. Update the status as work progresses, either in-house or at an external workshop.
Ready for pickup
