How Peppol works in Gem Logic

Gem Logic includes a direct Peppol Access Point. This means you don't need to sign up for any third-party e-invoicing services or pay additional fees. Everything is handled within your existing Gem Logic subscription.

Sending invoices via Peppol

1. Enable Peppol in your settings - Go to your Gem Logic settings and enable the Peppol integration. You'll need to provide your company's VAT number to register on the Peppol network.
2. Add your customer's Peppol ID - For each customer you want to send Peppol invoices to, add their Peppol ID to their customer record. This is usually their VAT number prefixed with a country code (e.g., BE:0123456789).
