What Gembot can do

One assistant, three ways to use it

Start with a simple question. When you trust the answers, hand over real tasks. And for the work that repeats every week, put it on a schedule and let Gembot run it for you.

Ask anything about your business

How were sales this week? Which customers have not visited in six months? What is still in the repair queue? Gembot answers from your live data and links the records it used, so you can check every answer.

Tell it to get work done

Draft a quote with the right pricing, book a viewing on the right calendar, write a customer reply in your tone. Every result comes back as a draft, ready for you to review and approve.

Put recurring work on autopilot

A sales summary every Monday at eight. A monthly list of stock that has not moved. A watch on your most important customers. Describe the job once in plain language, and Gembot runs it on schedule and reports back.

Missions

Let Gembot look after your best customers

Assign Gembot to a customer and it keeps an eye on the relationship for you. It checks in on a schedule, writes down what it finds in a journal, and prepares a draft or a task whenever something needs your attention. Most shops have twenty customers worth this attention and time for about three.

Scheduled jobs, on your timetable

Describe the job once in plain language and pick a time: every Monday at eight, or the first of the month. Every run is logged, so you can always see what Gembot did and when.

It speaks up when it matters

When something needs a person, Gembot notifies you instead of waiting to be asked. A customer gone quiet, a quote without a reply, a repair sitting too long: you hear about it while there is still time to act.

It remembers your business

Gembot remembers how your shop works, how you price, and how you like to write to customers. You never have to explain the same thing twice.

Connected to your data

Everything Gembot can work with

Gembot is not a separate tool with its own copy of your data. It works directly inside Gem Logic, on the same records you and your team use every day.

Contacts

Search customers, look up purchase history, create a contact or add a note to a timeline.

Orders

Sales, quotes, repairs, custom creations and memos. Query them, or draft a new one with the right customer and items.

Email

Read and search threads, and draft a reply in your own tone. Sending always waits for you.

Agenda

Check the calendar, book a viewing on the right agenda, move it or cancel it.

Tasks

See what is open and who owns it, or create a task with a due date and a linked customer.

Products and stock

Find a piece, check what your inventory is worth, and read the live metal price.

Images

Generate marketing visuals or concept images for a custom commission when a picture says more than a paragraph.

Your own documents

Your knowledge base and product documentation, so drafted answers follow your house policy instead of guessing.

Safety and control

You stay in control

An assistant that works on your real records has to be one you can trust. Three rules keep Gembot accountable.

Nothing is sent without approval

Quotes and emails come back as drafts. Approving is a real step done by a person, so a customer never receives something you have not seen.

Your permissions still apply

Gembot follows the same roles and permissions as your team. Actions reserved for admins stay reserved, whether the request comes from a click or from a chat message.
